Payments and fees: A DEPOSIT of $250.00 per person is required at the time of booking. Cabo Blanco Enterprises must receive the deposit within seven days after the booking is made or the reservations will be automatically cancelled. Peak season bookings are subject to a deposit of $350.00 per person in addition to any subsequent deposits required by suppliers to secure land arrangements. The payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation shall constitute consent to the provisions of the list of Terms and Conditions and General Information contained in this document.

Final payment must be received in our office 45 days prior to departure. If not received the reservations will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Peak season bookings are subject to early final payment date to secure land arrangements.

Form of payment: Payment shall be made by check, cash or money order. American Express, Master Card or Visa will be accepted for the airline portion of the tour except where contracted airfares are included. Requirements for form of payment are subject to change without notice.

Additional fees: Independent travel itineraries (FITs) are subject to a $75.00 non-refundable fee which includes consultation, itinerary development, itinerary proposal and costing. An additional fee of $75.00 is charged to cover international communication costs.

Cancellations: All refund requests must be received in writing by Cabo Blanco Enterprises and the following fees apply IN ADDITION to any airline or supplier charges for cancellation:

Non-refundable charges: Certain suppliers who furnish transportation and/or other services require non-refundable deposits to reserve bookings. This is especially true during high seasons. Should a non-refundable deposit be required to reserve your booking, you agree to pay the fee promptly as requested or the booking shall be released. Cabo Blanco Enterprises shall not be liable for any failure on your part to timely pay a deposit, nor shall Cabo Blanco Enterprises have any obligation to you to return a non-refundable deposit in the event of the cancellation of your trip.

Tour costs: Rates published in this document are valid at the time of printing and are always subject to increases due to rising costs and currency fluctuations. Cabo Blanco Enterprises reserves the right to increase prices any time prior to departure. Rates in this document are quoted in United States currency. The price of the tour does not include the cost of obtaining passports, visas, tourist cards or vaccination certificates, local airport taxes and security charges, porterage, meals or beverage (except where otherwise noted), insurance, telephone calls, postal or express mail charges, or any other items of a personal nature. Tour prices do include Cabo Blanco Enterprise’s compensation for services, operations, supervision, promotion and expertise, which may be received either as commissions from the travel service supplier or as a surcharge added to the retail charges of the travel service supplier.

Responsibility: Cabo Blanco Enterprises acts only as an agent for the suppliers who have provided transportation, hotels, vehicles, equipment or other services arranged by Cabo Blanco Enterprises. The suppliers are independent contractors and are not related entities with Cabo Blanco Enterprises. CABO BLANCO ENTERPRISES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WILLFUL OR NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS of suppliers or any carrier, or their respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including without limitation their failure to deliver services, their partial or inadequate delivery of services, or their delivery or use of defective equipment or vehicles. All vouchers, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and/or carriers. The right is reserved to decline, accept, or retain any person as a member of the trip. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER CABO BLANCO ENTERPRISES OR ANY REPRESENTATIVE OR EMPLOYEE OF CABO BLANCO ENTERPRISES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS TO YOU OR THOSE TRAVELING WITH YOU. Nor shall Cabo Blanco Enterprises be liable for any event beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, defects of vehicles, breakdown in equipment, strikes, insolvency of a supplier, theft, delay, cancellation, substitution of services, changes in itineraries, natural disasters, weather, acts of war, insurrection, revolt, or other civil uprising, other military action, Acts of God, occurring in either the country of origin or through passage.

Cabo Blanco Enterprises cannot be responsible for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other causes. All such losses shall be the responsibility of the member of the tour, as the rates provided are for the arrangements only at the time slated. The right is reserved to make adjustments to the itinerary and the right is reserved to cancel this tour prior to departure.

You and Cabo Blanco Enterprises agree any unresolved dispute arising out of the services provided by Cabo Blanco Enterprises shall be submitted to BINDING ARBITRATION in accordance with the American Arbitration Commercial Rules of Arbitration and that the place of such arbitration shall be Pismo Beach, California. In no event shall Cabo Blanco Enterprises’s liability to you exceed the amount of its fee for professional services, less actual expenses incurred in arranging your travel. The terms and conditions apply to each person traveling with you when travel services arranged by Cabo Blanco Enterprises are used.

Travel risk: In traveling outside of the United States, you acknowledge and agree that it is impossible to provide transportation, travel services, or services which meet the standards found in the United States of America. Foreign suppliers of travel services are not subject to regulation by the United States of America. In booking travel with Cabo Blanco Enterprises, you acknowledge that your are fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in foreign travel and voluntarily assume all risks of loss, damage, personal injury or death, that you sustain or may be sustained by members in you traveling party
